What is CRM?

CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
The primary need of a the business is to have an application or a system in place to effectively manage the sales process and customer relationship; capture vital data and information about customers - purchase history, revenue generated, up selling / cross selling opportunities, etc.; and generate sales quote or create orders. The requirement is to have a 360-degree view of ones business. This is why the Customer Relationship Management has gained so much popularity among all businesses.

What are the different CRM Plan and pricing?
There are two CRM plans
1) Professional
2) Enterprise
Professional is priced @ Rs.540 per user/ per Month
Enterprise is priced @ Rs.1125 per user / per month

How do I take a trial?

Click on “Trial” button on the below link

Enter you billing username and password
Trial is enabled for the Professional plan, you can choose from 1 to 3 users for trial.

How do I upgrade from Trial to BUY?
Step 1- Login with your billing user name and password
Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page.
Step 3- Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 - Click on upgrade
Step 5 - Select the users, Additional Storage and Plug-in and click on proceed.

How do I subscribe to CRM?
Step 1 - Go to plan and pricing page of CRM by clicking on the below link

Step 2- Select the required CRM plan.
Step 3- Click on Subscribe now.
Step 4- Select the number of Users , Duration, Additional storage & Plug-ins and click on proceed and follow the instructions.

Can I upgrade the number of users in CRM?
Yes the number of users can be upgraded.
Step 1 - Login with your billing user name and password
Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page.
Step 3 - Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 - Click on upgrade
Step 5 - Select the additional users. E.g. If you have bought a CRM plan with 5 users and want to upgrade it to 10 users select from the drop down menu 10 users, the total number of users now will be upgraded to 10 users
Step 6 – Click on proceed and follow the instructions

Can I upgrade from Monthly to yearly?
Once you have selected {Change to Subscribe} monthly plan, the upgrade option is not available, but you can select auto renewal for your CRM plan to get automatically renewed every month.

How do I renew the CRM plan?
Step 1 - Login with your billing user name and password
Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page.
Step 3 - Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 – Clicking on renew will upgrade the plan from the current date of expiry to the next date of expiry.

I am not able to renew my CRM Plan?

a. Please check your account balance

b. Renewal button is activated 5 days before expiry of the plan.

Can I upgrade the CRM plan while renewing?
No, You cannot upgrade the CRM plan while renewing, please renew first and then upgrade

How to subscribe for additional storage space?
Step 1 - Login with your billing user name and password
Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page.
Step 3 - Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 - Click on upgrade
Step 5 - Select the additional file storage. E.g. The CRM Professional plan come with default 250 Mb of space and Enterprise plan comes with 500 Mb of space, if you require additional space you can select from the drop down menu storage plan of 100, 250, 500Mb and 1GB, once you have selected the upgraded plan e.g. 100Mb for the next storage upgrade it will be disabled and next storage plan will be available i.e. 250Mb.
Step 6 – Click on proceed and follow instructions
Note: The additional storage are billed on per month basis

What are additional plug-in?
There are 3 additional plug-in
1. Microsoft Outlook- you can synchronize customer contacts, calendar, tasks and emails with CRM.
2. Microsoft Office- you can create Mail merge documents for customer contacts.
3. Mail- Email tab inside CRM, Send and receive all your mails without leaving CRM Share customer e-mails with your colleagues, Thread view of Email conversations, Integrate with Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and any other e-mail services that support POP (most modern services and servers do)

How do I subscribe for additional Plug-ins?

Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page Step.
3 - Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 - Click on upgrade
Step 5 - Select the additional Plug-ins storage
Step 6 – Select the plug-in
Step 7 – Click on proceed and follow instructions
Note: The additional plug-ins are billed on per user per month basis

I have successfully subscribed to CRM, how do I start using the application?
Step 1 - Login with your billing user name and password
Step 2 - After successfully login, Click on “Manage My Service” on top right of the page.
Step 3 - Scroll down to CRM
Step 4 - Click on Manage
Step 5 – You will be logged in and directed to CRM application
Step 6 – Start using

I have added users on the CRM application, how do they login to their CRM account?

I have changed my Password from the CRM application and unable to login from Manage My Service and the Login to CRM link?

Step 1 – Click on Forget Password below the submit button
Step 2 – To retrieve the password enter registered email Id( email id used for CRM account) and image verification
Step 3 – Click on request
Step 4 – A mail is sent to your registered email id to reset the password, Follow the instruction on the email to reset the password
