    Make sure the MX record for your domain is as supplied by us. Also check your domain expirey date yet else you won't receive any emails on your domain. 


  2. In cases when user gets an error that reads “Quota Exceeded.”

    This error is shown in cases when user sends more than 512 emails per hour from a particular email address or 1024 emails from a single domain.
